Covenants & By-Laws

Champions Village subdivision has covenants to help preserve the value of the homes in the subdivision. By establishing these covenants, acceptable practices are noted. The goal of the covenants is to help us all be good neighbors and maintain the value of our homes. Please view the covenants and refer to them before beginning on any changes to your home or landscape.

The Champions Village By-Laws are the guidelines established when the development was begun as to how the association should be run. Those By-Laws are available here. There are several amendments to the by-laws that have been noted and will be voted on at the January 17th, 2005 quarterly meeting. View the amendments here.
